Shipments and returns
The shipment of your products
The prices indicated in the shop are included in VAT and are those that the customer has to actually pay with the sole addition of a contribution for shipping costs.
Shipping costs include management and packaging charges and postage. We advise you to group your articles in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders made separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes have adequately large dimensions and your items are well protected.
Shipping in Italy
The shipping costs in Italy for the customer are 5 euros for orders lower or equal to 46 euros. For orders whose value, net of any discounts, exceeds 46 euros the shipping costs are free.
Payment on delivery (only for deliveries in Italy)
In the case of payment to the delivery to the Customer, an additional contribution will be requested for the right to mark equal to 4 euros.
Shipping in the European Union
The shipping costs to be paid by the customer towards i countries ofUNION European They vary according to the country of destination, according to the table below. For orders whose value, net of any discounts, exceeds 150 euros, shipping costs are always free.

Delivery times
Except exceptional cases and causes of force majeure, the delivery times in Italy are approximately 2/3 working days (4 days for the islands), while the delivery times in the European Union are approximately 4/5 working days. The orders received during the closing periods (holidays, bridges and summer closings) will be developed on the day of the reopening and will consequently suffer delay.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, if the Customer is a "consumer", as defined in article 3 of the consumer code, they compete with the rights referred to in Articles 52 and SS. of the consumer code, as modified by Legislative Decree of 21/02/2014 n. 21, and, therefore, the right to withdraw from the purchase contract (hereinafter also only "right of withdrawal") for any reason, without explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, with the methods specified below.
The withdrawal may have all of them (total withdrawal) or only part (partial withdrawal) of the Sic S.r.l. purchased by the consumer.
The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to the company by means of an explicit declaration (hereinafter also "communication of withdrawal"), which can be sent - before the expiry of the withdrawal period as indicated above - by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to:

The Customer can also exercise the right of withdrawal by transmitting, in the aforementioned methods, the "type withdrawal" form, referred to in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory) whose text is reported below:

Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, as outlined in articles 52 and SS. of the aforementioned consumer code, Sic S.r.l. will forward to the consumer, by e-mail the number of practice. This number must be indicated by the consumer at the time of the return of the product (s) (hereinafter even only "return").
The return of the product (s) must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the goods pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code quoted above. The aforementioned term will be respected if the consumer respected or returns the product (s) subject to withdrawal before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) days.
Sic reminds its consumers that the transport costs relating to the return of the product/I subject to withdrawal are borne by the consumer and that the return is under the complete responsibility of the consumer himself.
The company also reminds its consumers, before returning, to check that the product (s) subject to withdrawal and intact/s and in normal conservation status, included in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation).
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised according to the provisions of articles 52 and ss., Without prejudice to the possibility of Sic S.r.l. To verify the integrity of the products made, the company will refund the consumer the entire amount already paid, including the delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment in which the consumer's decision was informed to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Sic, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 56 of the Consumer Code as modified by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014, reserves the right to retain the reimbursement until it has received the product (s).
The amount will be reimbursed through the same payment vehicle used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressed different request of the consumer.
Guarantees
A total guarantee of the customer, Sic srl also undertakes to replace any product present in the package and not compliant with the description, damaged, different from the order or wrong color or, in any case, to reimburse the relative amount on a simple customer request. It is sufficient for the customer to respect the goods within 10 days of receipt. In any case, the free samples received with the order remain to the customer. Except for the case of replacement of damaged or not in accordance with the order, the costs for the return of the goods are borne by the customer.
