Coconut Lemon: quenches body and hair

WHY IT'S GOOD
The mix of coconut water and lemon juice is the infusion par excellence used in tropical countries to hydrate and give energy. Coconut water has a very high hydrating power, to which is added an immediate thirst-quenching action, capable of make the sensation of thirst disappear well before the water reserves are actually depleted reconstituted. Contains five essential and regenerating electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus, easily assimilable because it is completely natural. Lemon juice, rich in vitamin C, is known for its purifying, anti-oxidant properties and detox which are enhanced if used in combination with ginger, useful for regulating excessive sebum production.
RECIPE

Preparation: 5 minutes
Serving size: 2 people
Ingredients:
500g coconut water
250g of water
5 large organic lemons, juice
5 – 6 mint leaves
1 – 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Other necessities: jug, pestle, citrus squeezer and strainer.
Procedure:
Pour the coconut water into the jug. Squeeze the lemons with the citrus squeezer and extract the juice. Pour the juice into the jug previously filled with coconut water. Grate the ginger to taste to give that pungent and almost spicy flavor. Finally add the mint leaves and proceed with the pestle to squeeze the mint scent. Leave to rest in the fridge to have a very cold drink ready to serve!
