Dried fruit... even in summer!
Fruit contains a large quantity of vitamins and mineral salts. In particular Vitamin E is normally found in dried fruit and vegetable oils , a powerful antioxidant that improves the appearance of the skin and helps keep hair color brighter and more vivid.
In summer, when the combined action of sun, chlorine and salt puts the capillary structures to the test, it may be advisable to introduce into the diet almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and walnuts , in small quantities: a a panacea for hair as well as a pleasure for the palate!
